What I'm Watching...
Indiana Hoosiers football is absolutely on fire this season! For anyone who didn’t know, I’m a proud IU alum and was on the rowing team, so my Hoosier pride runs deep. This year, the football team is making history with an incredible 10-1 record! Watching them dominate the field and seeing the energy from the fans has been nothing short of amazing. Go Hoosiers!
What I'm Eating...
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Pineapple and Pearls in DC, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We sat at the chef’s counter, which gave us a front-row seat to all the action in the kitchen. The food was incredible, as you'd expect from a Michelin-starred spot, but the playful vibe and energy of the place really made the night stand out. From start to finish, the evening was nothing short of fabulous, and it’s an experience we’ll cherish for years to come.
What I'm Doing...
Heading to Homestead Gardens is one of my favorite ways to get into the holiday spirit! While most people think of Homestead as the go-to spot for gardening and plants, it transforms into a holiday wonderland this time of year. The gift selection is incredible, full of unique finds for everyone on your list, and the holiday decor is absolutely magical. From sparkling ornaments to festive displays, it’s impossible not to feel the cheer. Plus, there’s a charming train running through the store that’s so much fun for kids—and let’s be honest, adults too—to watch. It’s the perfect spot to soak up the season!
